As a key creative force, you will shape and enhance our visual identity across digital and print platforms. Your work will drive impactful design for web, campaigns, and print materials, supporting both national and international B2B and B2B2C initiatives. Collaborating closely across departments, you will create compelling presentations, sales assets, and social media content, all while maintaining brand consistency. Your expertise will play a crucial role in strengthening and growing our brand.

What you’ll do:
- Play a key role in shaping and evolving our visual identity across web, campaign, and print design
- Create compelling marketing materials for both online and print, supporting our national and international B2B and B2B2C projects, clients, and internal teams
- Support various departments with the design of presentations, sales assets, and social media content — all in line with our corporate design guidelines
- Contribute to the consistent growth and strengthening of our brand through creative and strategic design work
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in media, graphic, and/or web design, ideally in an agency or corporate environment
- A passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling designs
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Elementor and WordPress is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, with high standards for layout and design
- Solid experience in creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations
- You are a team player who also works independently and takes initiative across departments
- Very good command of both German and English

- Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons we have to indicate the gross annual salary which starts at € 34.500,00 (full-time). We are ready and willing to offer you more than the starting figure, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
